About The Role As the Supply Chain & Vendor Performance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our vendor network and shipping partners deliver at the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and driving performance across vendors and shipping agents to meet service and cost expectations. Producing clear, insightful reporting and translating data into meaningful recommendations that guide business decisions. Working closely with internal teams to simplify complex supply chain information into practical, actionable terms and advice. About You We’re looking for someone who: Brings a strong analytical mindset and is confident in working with data to identify trends and opportunities. Is a proactive self‑starter who thrives on tackling varied and challenging tasks. Demonstrates the ability to guide conversations and set clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
