Compressor Supervisor

BOREMETRICS Compressor Technicians, Supervisors and Fitters Boremetrics is expanding our compressor division and we are recruiting high standard people for both Supervisor and Fitter roles. We want technicians who know compressors, can maintain professional discipline onsite, and deliver reliable outcomes for our mining and industrial clients. About the Roles We have multiple positions available across field service, shutdowns and onsite compressor support. Successful applicants will be responsible for the service, repair and fault finding of Kaeser compressors, along with leading work fronts where required. Key Duties Service, diagnose and rebuild Kaeser compressors Support shutdowns, planned maintenance and fault finding Complete all paperwork, QA and site reporting to a professional standard Maintain safe work practices and site compliance Lead crews and manage client communication if placed in a supervisor role Represent Boremetrics with professionalism at all times Requirements Trade qualified mechanical fitter or compressor technician Strong compressor experience Kaeser experience preferred High attention to detail and technical abilityReliable, self driven and able to work to set expectations Supervisors must demonstrate leadership capability and client management skill What We Offer Strong rates for both Fitter and Supervisor roles Stable workload across QLD sites Growth opportunities within a structured and professional environment Local crews, strong support and a company that expects high standards and backs its people Hiring local candidates only from the Mackay QLD 4740 region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
