They are committed to leveraging automation and API-driven frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Role Overview: As an Automation Tester with API expertise, you will play a key role in designing, building, and executing automated test frameworks for web and API testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality delivery of applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement API-driven test frameworks. Develop and maintain automation scripts for system, integration, progression, and regression testing. Perform hands‑on automation using Selenium/Java and related tools. Utilize tools such as ATOM, Eclipse, Jenkins, Postman for automation and CI/CD integration. Apply strong understanding of Automation Frameworks and Automation Test Approaches. Execute performance and volume testing using JMeter, Artillery, or LoadRunner (desirable). Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage. Use defect—reporting and tracking tools effectively. Provide clear project status updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: Hands‑on experience in Selenium/Java automation. Proven ability to design and build API‑driven test frameworks. Strong experience with ATOM, Eclipse, Jenkins, Postman, and automation frameworks. Solid understanding of application testing life cycle. Experience with AEM Automation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Expertise in defect management tools and processes. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with performance and volume testing tools (desirable). What’s on Offer? This is a 6‑month contract role based in Sydney, offering a daily rate of $448.00 AUD inclusive of super.
