Inspire and mentor your team driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence customer service and continuous improvement. Be the point of contact for guest inquiries ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from check-in to checkout. Assist in managing stock scheduling and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets. Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines licensing laws and all regulatory requirements. Mandatory Qualifications : RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) : Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations. Approved Managers License : Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation. RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) : Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements. RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) : Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner. CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification : Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively especially in a licensed venue. Note : If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
