About the Role As the Assistant Merchandise Manager, you will support the Merchandise Manager in developing and implementing product strategies, managing end-to-end (E2E) product ranges for apparel, accessories, and footwear across the Bespoke ranges. Your role will involve analysing market trends, consulting on product range selection and pricing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for new product development, and ensuring commercial expectations are met. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the brand's market competitiveness and driving its success. What you’ll be doing Support in developing and implementing product strategy for our customers. Ensure product and brand alignment with customer brand and technical requirements. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and maintain market competitiveness. Support pricing strategies to meet commercial expectations of product performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Design and Technical) for new product development. Ideation and development of product briefs for new products. Assess the commercial viability of new products. Manage the launch of new products into the market. Ensure commercial expectations are met for both product strategy and performance. What we’re looking for You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a commercial focus in retail or wholesale. Experience managing a product portfolio and analysing performance. Background in industrial brands and ranges, preferably in clothing or footwear. Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including sales, design, and marketing. Experience in data management and project management. Strong time management and attention to detail. Clear communicator, resilient, and results-oriented.
