Your expertise will sit at the Centre of our CRO improvements, website upgrades, landing page builds, A/B testing execution, Klaviyo flows and campaign management. ⭐ About the Role Create and develop website pages & landing pages Support app integrations & feature improvements Build high-performing Klaviyo flows & email campaigns Execute A/B tests and implement learnings Help shape the digital experience for major retail and department store launches This role is perfect for someone who is confident working independently and enjoys having strong ownership and creative control. Create mobile-first layouts with strong visual hierarchy and customer flow. Develop branded sections (before/after galleries, icons, ingredient blocks, comparison charts). Upgrade PDPs with clearer messaging, storytelling and visual consistency. Write benefit-driven copy for landing pages, PDPs, banners, campaigns and launches. Craft clear messaging for both B2B salon professionals and B2C retail shoppers. Translate insights and CRO findings into compelling, conversion-focused content. Design and build email templates and automation flows. Own core flows including welcome, post-purchase, VIP/salon, abandoned cart, replenishment and launches. Plan and deliver monthly campaigns with strong visuals and high-performing copy. Optimise subject lines, positioning and CTAs for conversion. Work closely with the ecommerce lead on CRO and strategic improvements. Support broader digital projects, campaign builds and website enhancements when required. Confidently manage your own deadlines and workflows in a small-team environment. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Qualifications 3+ years in ecommerce UX/UI design or DTC brand creative roles. Strong portfolio showing landing pages, PDPs, ecommerce UX/UI and email design. Demonstrated experience with CRO, A/B testing and conversion-led design. Proficient in Figma with experience creating reusable components and systems. Experience building and optimising Klaviyo flows. Strong copywriting skills for beauty, product and promotional content. Understanding of website performance, funnels, customer psychology and conversion principles. Experience with Shopify is a must Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects confidently.
