Associate - Investor Relations, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Direct Investment & Corporate Strategy JS Careers is delighted to partner with a global alternative asset manager as they expand their Private Wealth division in Sydney. This firm is one of the world’s leading investment platforms, managing over $1 trillion in assets across private equity, real estate, credit, infrastructure, and more. Their Private Wealth division delivers a full suite of alternative investment products to high-net-worth investors and provides ongoing education and advisor support. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding of new funds and investors. Coordinate across multiple projects and geographies. Support sales professionals and investor-facing teams with administration and CRM systems. Drive process improvements and ensure operational consistency across markets. Ideal Candidate 4+ years’ experience in financial services, investor services, or fund administration. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with legal, compliance, and sales teams. RG 146 qualification and Asian language proficiency (preferred).
