Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary by position, but may include : Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes to the highest standard. Developing specials and contributing to menu innovation. Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Managing food preparation and portion control according to recipes and guidelines. Ensuring food is presented attractively and meets our quality standards. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Supporting colleagues and fostering a positive team culture. What We’re Looking For Have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Demonstrate creativity and a willingness to learn processes Possess strong communication and organisational skills. Are reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Have experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen (preferred, but not essential for junior roles). Hold relevant culinary qualifications or trade certifications (requirement for all chef roles). Display professionalism and a commitment to upholding our high standards of food quality and safety. Work well both independently and as part of a team. Are eager to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company.
