Food and Beverage Attendant - Deer Park Hotel Food & Beverage Attendant | Deer Park Hotel | Dream big with us Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. This role will be for an All-rounder, someone that once trained up will be working in the Bistro, TAB and Gaming rooms. In this fast paced role, you’ll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service. Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant who can operate across multiple areas (Bistro, TAB, Gaming) as an all-rounder. You will engage with guests, promote our products and contribute to a culture focused on safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance. Responsibilities Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget This role will become an all-rounder role, training in TAB, bistro and Gaming will be completed Let our guests know about our ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety and RSA compliance About You You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends You hold a current RSA certificate - RSG/Gaming Licence; TAB certificates are not necessary to begin with but will be needed down the line as part of your training You’ll be yourself and come as you are — ALH is known for its people Benefits An exclusive discount card for ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
