About the role As a senior engineer you’ll balance hands‑on technical work with leadership and project management responsibilities. You’ll be trusted to deliver solutions end‑to‑end while also guiding junior engineers and coordinating internal resources. Your work will sit squarely in the water and wastewater industry, an essential sector that directly impacts communities every day. Key responsibilities include Leading the design and delivery of electrical and control system solutions. Developing testing and commissioning PLC, SCADA and HMI systems. Translating complex client challenges into practical engineering outcomes. Acting as a trusted adviser in client‑facing roles. What we’re looking for RPEQ (or eligibility for RPEQ). Proven experience in control systems engineering – water / wastewater experience preferred; oil & gas highly regarded. Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available). Strong client‑facing communication skills with a collaborative approach. A balance of confidence and humility – able to stand by your expertise but also willing to admit mistakes and grow.
