Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Queensland‑admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement) who has: Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters Proficiency using PEXA for property transactions Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail A commitment to delivering high‑quality client service The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee residential conveyancing matters from start to finish Review and provide advice on Contracts of Sale Guide clients through the property transaction process with professionalism and care Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and referral partners Contribute to the continued development and refinement of property workflows and processes Desired Skills and Experience Queensland‑admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement), ideally with or approaching unrestricted status Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law Proficiency in PEXA Strong client service focus and ability to work effectively under pressure Openness to using technology and process innovation to enhance efficiency What’s on Offer A newly created role within a well‑established and reputable company Opportunity to help shape a growing practice area Supportive and collaborative culture Flexible hybrid working arrangements A flexible start date, whether you prefer to commence before the end of the year or in the new year.
