You will provide exceptional care to residents through high quality and safe nursing practices. With an understanding and commitment to consumer needs you will act with respect, dignity and positivity to provide first class patient experience. This role will work across our Acute and Residential Aged Care Services and reports direct to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM).Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake clinical observations and best practice in areas of responsibility Conduct nursing practice in accordance with legislation and common law. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Implement and monitor clinical policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services. The Candidate Will Hold Or Be Willing To ObtainAn appropriate nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration Provide a National Police Check, dated within 3 months.
