About The Role Reporting into the Infrastructure & Cloud Security Manager, the Cloud Infrastructure and Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting V/Line’s infrastructure and cloud solutions. Key Accountabilities Support V/Line’s infrastructure and cloud solutions hosted in AWS. Assist the Cloud Architect who designs and builds scalable and secure architecture solutions. Design, develop, test and deploy custom workflows and scripts within V/Line’s AWS Cloud Infrastructure environment for integration, deployment, monitoring, compliance or other routine tasks. Build, monitor and manage V/Line’s cloud infrastructure. Provide on-call assistance to enable support in a 24x7 environment. About You Hands‑on experience managing and administrating AWS Cloud services, and/or Azure and O365 Cloud Services. Pro‑active attitude and passion for learning new processes and technologies. Proficient in using Microsoft Suite of Products (O365 & SharePoint) and assessing end‑user requirements. Extensive experience in AzureAD administration, scripting and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, backup, archive and storage. Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science or analytical discipline (highly desirable). Certification in AWS Certified Practitioner or AWS Certified SysOps Administration (highly desirable).
