Operations Manager, Geraldton WA (REF ) As Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations across a large, expanding broadacre enterprise. You’ll coordinate and implement year-round tasks, including seeding, spraying, and harvest. You’ll lead a team of operators and seasonal staff, foster a culture of safety and efficiency, and report into a supportive management structure. Key Responsibilities Oversee and participate in all cropping activities; Operate, maintain, and repair farm machinery and equipment; Lead, support, and coordinate staff and contractors; Collaborate on agronomic programs and implement best practice; Ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion of all seasonal operations; Contribute to long-term succession planning and business growth. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadacre cropping, and machinery operation; Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with GPS technology and modern equipment; Confident leader with practical problem-solving skills; Team-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to long-term farming career; HR licence preferred (minimum WA driver’s licence required); Physically fit, non-smoker, and comfortable living in a rural community.
