We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team and develop leadership skills. A passion for juicy chicken cooked on hot charcoal is a bonus. Shift Supervisors are experts in store operations, ensuring high-quality service and building strong relationships with customers and team members. Key Responsibilities You get people. Completed Hospitality Qualifications (Preferred). Completed Food Safety Handling Certification (Preferred). Working to a high level of energy and efficiency. Be a favourable team player who supports our menu teams and flavours. Willingness to follow directions and procedures to align with our values.
