About the Role We’re seeking a residential Site Manager to manage the construction of a 437‑home lifestyle community for GemLife’s $323 million Lighthouse Bay project in Burnett Heads. You will lead a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver the homes on budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities A large‑scale site with years of construction ahead of us Multiple homes at multiple stages in one location Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion Make confident decisions, identify challenges early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track Build strong relationships across site teams and contractors Qualifications Trade qualification – preferably in carpentry QBCC Supervisor License (essential) Extensive experience in residential construction – preferably production/high‑volume builds Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills WHS knowledge and commitment to safety Aptitude for project management and tech confidence Valid Driver’s License Proactive, hands‑on approach – leads from the front Why Join QA Build and GemLife?
