Join ERM Australia as a Graduate Environmental Consultant to work on impactful sustainability projects with a global leader in environmental consulting. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Contribute to Environmental Impact Assessment, Statutory and Environmental Planning, and Contaminated Land Remediation projects. Engage in large, complex, long-term projects with local, national, and global impact. Collaborate with a global technical network and industry professionals. Participate in fieldwork programs, including site visits to conduct environmental studies and collect data and samples. Apply core consulting skills to support client projects and deliver sustainable solutions. About You The company is looking for: Tertiary education in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related degree. Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience or those seeking a career change. Ability to commit to fieldwork and follow health and safety protocols. Effective written and verbal communication. Organizational and analytical skills. Experience recording, managing technical data, and preparing reports. Familiarity with data management software/databases is beneficial. Attention to detail, ability to multitask, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently. Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a consulting environment. Dependability, integrity, respect, positive outlook, customer focus, and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Training & Development Access to a buddy for guidance and support during your first 12 months.
