area.As Field Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for :Day-to-day executionofGF'smerchandisingprogramatthe storelevelinconjunctionwiththeFieldMerchandisingManager(FMM)Ensuringall GoodmanFielderproductsareavailableandpresentedprofessionallyon‐shelfSuccessfully managing store-level relationships between Woolworths NZ, Foodstuffs and Goodman FielderManaging a team of 10+ Merchandisers and ensuring all Merchandisers are appropriately trained, motivated, and comply with Goodman Fielder and store policiesThe ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team of 10+ MerchandisersStrong communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetA high attention to detail with strong planning and time management skillsMotivation to get stuck in and support your team with manual handling tasksAn understanding of the FMCG sector with experience as a Merchandiser is advantageousSomeone who is technically capable as we use a range of technology to support your roles, including WoolworthsNZAutoStocker, Salesforce, and Compass platform but we can teach you theseWorking rights in NZ and a urrent driver's license is essential as you will be required to drive a Company vehicleWho are we?You will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative environment.
