What we offer Exceptional hourly rate plus penalties & incentives Company vehicle Local full-time permanent role with job security Company-funded training and development Opportunities to earn overtime Optional regional work and overtime What you'll be doing You will join our well-established crew of multi-skilled trades conducting maintenance activities on local commercial buildings and projects in the Perth metro area, including : Government infrastructure projects Hotel refurbishments Hospital upgrades Health-care / education facility renovations Stadiums and retail buildings We invest in individual training plans for each employee to increase their skills and capabilities. What you'll bring to our team Trade Certificate in Carpentry (preferable) General building maintenance & carpentry Painting Tiling Plasterboard repairs & flushing Minor plaster & concrete repairs Downpipe & gutter repairs Assessing & repairing roof leaks Manual Driver's Licence White Card National Police Clearance or ability to obtain Solid understanding of safety Strong communicator, self-starter & problem-solver Ability to work night shift as required for specific projects To learn more about us Ace Plus is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
