Reporting to the Retail Manager, this role requires a minimum of two years' experience and weekend availability. The Role driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets maintaining a high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client sales and client brand loyalty carrying out of store-operating standards maintaining company policy and procedure support the store manager to coordinate and uphold loss prevention strategies maintaining the highest level of store presentation standards Key Requirements Minimum two years of experience as a boutique stylist with a premium or luxury brand Deliver outstanding customer service,creating a positive and engaging experience for every customer Consistently strive to meet Boutique and individual productivity targets. Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, online dispatch, merchandising, and store upkeep Strong styling skills and a deep understanding of fashion and trends Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships Love of fashion Availability to work weekends Generous discounts for you and your family across ROAME. & our stable of brands Opportunities for career progression with early access to ROAME.
