About The Role In this critical leadership role, you will lead the LexisNexis Australia and New Zealand (Pacific) businesses, responsible for formulating and executing major strategies, programs and objectives to ensure the successful growth of the business in the ANZ region. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy for AU and NZ aligned with the company's global objectives; identify growth opportunities, market trends and competitive landscapes to implement strategic initiatives that drive business expansion and profitability. Business Development and Growth: Lead the identification, evaluation and pursuit of new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across the business; implement best practices, streamline processes and leverage technology to optimise operations and drive continuous improvement. Financial Management: Develop and manage the country budgets, forecasting and financial planning processes; analyse financial performance, identify opportunities for cost optimisation and ensure adherence to financial targets and objectives. Talent Management and Leadership: Build and lead a high‑performing team by attracting, developing and retaining top talent; foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes innovation, accountability and professional growth; provide strategic guidance and mentorship to your leadership team.
