Field Technician – Full Time Salary: $72,053 per annum ($1,385 per week) Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply) 9-day fortnight Ref No: 25-055 Do you enjoy working outdoors and have experience in the maintenance of natural areas? Parks and Natural Environment are seeking a passionate Field Technician to join our Natural Environment team. In this hands-on role you will undertake bush regeneration duties including chemical and manual weed control, planting, fencing, seed collection and propagation of native plants. Responsibilities Undertake bush regeneration duties including chemical and manual weed control Planting and fencing Seed collection and propagation of native plants Qualifications and requirements Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management or equivalent Chemical Certificate (Prepare and apply chemicals to control pest, weeds and diseases AHCCHM307, Transport and store chemicals AHCCHM304 and Control weeds AHCPMG301) Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control certificates Current First Aid Certificate including CPR (HLTAID011 and HLTAID009) Current Working with Children Check Chainsaw Certificate Other details If you are interested we would like to hear from you.
