We also have free parking onsite. Position Summary The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures that products are handled with care, inventory levels are maintained, and orders are completed efficiently to meet company and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or scanner instructions. Verify the accuracy of orders, ensuring correct products, quantities, and packaging. Pack products securely and label boxes for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners (if trained). Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications and Experience High school certificate or equivalent. Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience (preferred). Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners. Attention to detail and accuracy in following processes and procedures. Basic math skills with good communication abilities, including proficiency in reading and writing in English. Ability to work cohesively in a team as well as individually. Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time including lifting and moving boxes of up to 25kg. #J-18808-Ljbffr
