Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration and management of construction contracts, including subcontractor agreements, variations, claims, and final accounts. Oversee project delivery, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are met. Monitor commercial performance and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and industry standards. Requirements Proven experience in contracts administration and project management within construction projects. Experience in health, education, or residential projects preferred. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and risk management expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar. Based in or willing to relocate to Cairns, QLD.
