Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 remote for flexibility. Process Excellence Specialist — 24‑month Fixed Term Contract within a major Enterprise Transformation program (based in Sydney, also open to Melbourne & Adelaide candidates). About the Role You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of enterprise‑wide process redesign and optimisation initiatives. Working closely with experienced Lean Six Sigma leaders, you will help embed new frameworks, uplift process maturity, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work across multiple business units—Consumer, Enterprise, IT, and Networks—partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to the rollout of an organisation‑wide process excellence program. What You’ll Be Doing Support end‑to‑end delivery of process improvement streams. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyse, redesign, and optimise processes. Provide data‑driven insights to guide design and decision‑making. Help embed new standards, frameworks, and taxonomies across business units. Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation journey. What We’re Looking For Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt advantageous). Proven experience delivering a full‑scale process or transformation project. Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Collaborative, calm, and solutions‑focused approach. Confident working across multiple seniority levels.
