Referral bonuses available. About the Role As the Supply Superintendent you’ll be the driving force behind the effective flow of goods and services that keep Mungari running. It isn’t just about managing stock, it’s about leading smart, efficient supply strategies that power our operations. You’ll take ownership of contracts, procurement and warehousing functions across the Mungari operations, build strong vendor partnerships, and deliver cost effective solutions without compromising safety or environmental standards. Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with mining, processing, and maintenance teams to remove roadblocks, boost reliability, and champion continuous improvement across the site. The position will be on a 5:2: 4:3 roster based residentially in Kalgoorlie. Relocation support within Australia can be provided. About You You’re already an experienced manager with a proven background in procurement, stores, and inventory control, ideally within mining or heavy industry. You will bring excellent negotiation skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to lead a team effectively, and can confidently meet the below criteria. Previous people management experience in an operational mine or industrial warehouse (10-15 team members) Certificate IV in Purchasing (or equivalent) Statutory Supervisor per WHS Regulations 2022 Extensive experience in Stores, Inventory Control or Purchasing with a track record of high stock accuracy and effective warehousing control Skilled in generating accurate monthly and operational reports and performing detailed reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance Strong supplier management and contract negotiation capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Redmap, INX, PRONTO and Chemalert Strong time, planning, organisational, and people management skills, including attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication A commitment to safety and continuous improvement If you are ready to take ownership of supply operations and make a real impact on site performance, we’d love to hear from you.
