Support due diligence processes, including data room management and coordination with legal, accounting, and commercial advisors. Conduct in‑depth company and sector analysis to support transaction execution and origination initiatives. Track market developments and provide thoughtful, well‑structured insights to deal teams and senior stakeholders. Who this role is for Analysts with 1.5 to 4 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, transaction services, or a closely related transactional environment.
