As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a high‑performing Sales Closer to join our team and help convert warm leads into committed clients. Role Overview As our Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels—phone, video call, email, social DMs, and any other effective means. This is a high‑impact role where you will guide prospects through our enrolment process, uncover their challenges, communicate the value of our programs, and ultimately close sales for our cohort, coaching & digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales calls (phone/video) with inbound and follow‑up leads. Communicate with prospects via phone, video, email, SMS, and social platforms. Build rapport quickly and professionally to understand business owners’ goals, pain points, and constraints. Present and explain our programs with clarity, confidence, and value‑driven storytelling. Maintain a high close rate while providing an exceptional prospect experience. Manage and update CRM with accuracy and speed. Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams to optimise lead flow and customer journey. Identify opportunities to improve scripts, processes, and overall sales effectiveness. Hit and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets. About You You are a confident, articulate, and business‑savvy communicator with a passion for helping business owners make better decisions. You understand the realities and pressures entrepreneurs face and can guide them through a consultative sales process with empathy and authority. Must‑Haves Exceptional English communication skills (verbal + written). Strong business acumen — you understand how businesses work and the common constraints they face. Proven experience in sales closing, preferably in coaching, courses, education, or agency services. Ability to build trust quickly and lead conversations with confidence. Comfortable working across phone, video, email, and other digital channels. Results‑driven mindset and a hunger to exceed targets. Strong organisational skills and CRM experience. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience selling high‑ticket coaching or digital marketing programs. Understanding of online business, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
