Operations Manager VISIS Private Wealth | Brisbane | Full-Time | $160k–$200k + Bonus Lead the operational heartbeat of a premium professional services firm. VISIS Private Wealth is one of Australia's leading privately owned financial advice firms, delivering holistic wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients. We are entering an exciting period of managed growth and we are now seeking a Manager of Operations to help us scale with excellence. About the Role This newly created leadership role will oversee daily operations across our financial advice and accounting practices — together comprising over 50 professionals. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring our people, systems, and performance align with our strategic goals and deliver an exceptional client experience. Your role will include the advancement of systems, reporting, and accountability frameworks that enable our firm to perform at its best every day — for every client and every team member. You will also be integral to the strategic planning and execution process, ensuring the firm's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are clearly defined, measured, and embedded throughout the organisation to drive alignment and high performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day business operations across both Wealth and Accounting teams. Ensure Service Level Benchmarks and Turnaround times are met across the firm. Optimise systems to improve workflow efficiency, turnaround times, and service consistency. Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards to track business performance. Partner with leadership to establish measurable KPIs, KRAs, and OKRs that align with strategic priorities. Translate strategic plans and value drivers into operational execution, ensuring visibility and accountability at all levels. Lead and develop team leaders and staff, supporting training, growth, and professional progression. Manage process improvement projects, technology integrations, and operational initiatives to enable scalable growth. Drive a culture of results driven performance, outcomes focussed professionalism and continuous improvement through disciplined execution of the firm's strategy. About You You are a self-driven experienced practice or operations leader who thrives on structure, systems, and people development. You balance analytical thinking with calm authority and have a track record of turning data into insights, insights into action, and action into results. Essential 10+ years' experience in operations, practice management, or business leadership within financial advice, accounting, or similar professional services. Proven experience building or managing reporting dashboards in Excel & Power BI or other management reporting tools. Strong understanding of workflow management, service delivery, and client experience in a professional context. Demonstrated leadership and team development experience. High-level organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly Regarded Background spanning both wealth and accounting practices. Familiarity with systems such as Xplan, Xero Practice Manager, Employment Hero, and SharePoint.
