We are looking for a driven, confident and energetic Membership Sales Consultant who loves sales, people and being part of a community focused gym. This role suits someone who thrives on building relationships, hitting targets and creating great first impressions. Key Responsibilities Driving membership sales and contributing to club growth Touring prospective members and converting enquiries into sign ups Generating leads and following up prospects Delivering exceptional customer service to members Building strong relationships within the local community Representing the energy and values of the club on shift What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people A sales focused mindset with the ability to work towards targets High energy, friendly and professional attitude Passion for health, fitness and community Reliable, trustworthy and a strong team player Availability Requirements Weekends required with Sunday a must (alternate Sundays considered) Afternoons/ Evenings required - Tuesday a must What You’ll Receive Supportive, positive and community driven workplace Ongoing sales and customer service training How to Apply If you are passionate about sales, committed to the growth of our business, and meet the qualifications mentioned above, we would love to hear from you Please apply via Seek and include your resume and a brief summary of why you think you'd be a good fit for the role.
