About the Role REMONDIS is seeking a committed and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our high-paced operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the allocation and supervision of daily runs, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and providing guidance and support to frontline staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and allocate daily jobs for drivers and vehicles Conduct end-of-day debriefs , reviewing timelines, breaks, and service performance Monitor service delivery , ensuring route completion and break compliance Oversee driver inductions and training programs Liaise with drivers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Identify and resolve operational issues proactively Generate and review operational reports for internal and external stakeholders Assist in incident management , including downloading footage and conducting follow-ups Organize and track vehicle repairs and maintenance Support the Operations Manager in leading the team and driving performance What You’ll Bring Proven leadership or supervisory experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management Strong understanding of service scheduling and dispatch Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment A solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills High attention to detail with solid administrative and reporting capabilities Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in the waste industry is highly regarded What We Offer A permanent, full-time role with long-term job security Opportunities for growth and career development within a global company The chance to make a real impact in daily operations A role with a respected industry leader committed to sustainability, safety , and innovation A supportive team environment that values your leadership and experience Ready to Apply?
