About the Role As a Store Manager Couple , you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote community supermarket Coach and develop local team members Drive ALPA’s nutrition initiatives Work closely with merchandising and nutrition teams Manage remote logistics, supply chain challenges, and cultural considerations What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling) Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings What We Offer Competitive salary with salary packaging options Fully furnished accommodation and utilities included Relocation assistance 7 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading 14% employer superannuation contribution Mobile phone and streaming allowance How to apply ALPA is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from First Nations people and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
