You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. Our Rose Bay campus is designed with natural elements, spacious rooms, and dedicated outdoor areas for each age group—providing the perfect environment for play‑based learning and meaningful connections. What You'll Do As a Room Leader, you'll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.
