Overview Heatseal is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team, specialising in the installation of doors and windows across residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys delivering high-quality finishes. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for interpreting plans and measurements, preparing materials, and installing doors and windows to exact specifications. Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunity for career growth and advancement Work with a supportive team in a dynamic environment Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills Task & Responsibilities Review drawings, measurements, and specifications to determine materials, dimensions, and installation methods for doors and windows Select, order, and prepare timber, frames, hardware, and related materials Measure, cut, shape and assemble materials to ensure a precise installation for doors and windows Install internal and external doors, window frames, and fittings, ensuring accurate alignment, smooth operation and safety standards Fix, secure, and finish installed components to a high standard, checking level, plumb, and overall fit. Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance and make adjustments as required Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow workplace safety procedures at all times Qualification & Experience Proven experience as a Carpenter with a focus on door and window installation Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's licence About Company Heatseal is the expert in providing energy efficient, cost effective, and noise reducing double glazed windows and doors to the residential, new build and commercial markets in Western Australia.
