About the Role Launch your career in the roofing and plumbing trade As a 1st Year Apprentice Roof Plumber, you’ll work alongside qualified professionals to learn how to install, maintain, and repair roof drainage systems including gutters, downpipes, flashings, and rainwater tanks. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sites while completing your Certificate III in Roof Plumbing. Requirements - To be considered, you must: Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have full working rights Be committed to a 3–4 year apprenticeship program Hold a current driver’s licence Have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites across Queensland Be physically fit and comfortable working at heights Be punctual, dependable, and eager to learn Attributes We Value - We’re looking for someone who - Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Enjoys hands‑on work and outdoor environments Takes pride in precision and quality workmanship Communicates clearly and respectfully Is safety‑conscious and follows instructions carefully Pre‑requisites - No formal experience is required, but the following will be highly regarded - Completion of Year 10 or higher White Card (Construction Induction Card) – or willingness to obtain Working at Height Ticket and/or willing to obtain Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops Any prior experience in plumbing, roofing, or construction is desirable but not essential.
