Our Client is an iconic residential property Developer and Builder, operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia. Their projects include Housing Communities, Apartment complexes, Housing subdivisions, Townhouse subdivisions and Land subdivisions.
Job Overview
This Senior Development Director role will be responsible for the collation and submission of Development Applications, including liaising with Councils, Designers, Consultants and Stakeholders to expedite obtaining Development Consents.
Responsibilities
Lead the Development Application and Construction Certificate processes for large-format projects. Liaise with Councils, Designers, Consultants and other stakeholders to secure Development Consents in record time. Maximise yield and efficiency across projects while maintaining compliance with governmental regulations. Communicate progress and challenges to the Leadership Team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Development Application and Construction Certificate processes. Proven track record of successful negotiations with councils and government bodies. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a history of delivering results. You will be part of the talented and experienced Leadership Team who are taking this business to new heights.
