About You Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering Permanent Engineers Registration (PER) Accreditation Multiple years of post‑graduate experience managing projects within the built environment sector Understanding of the Victorian market and proven relationships with key personnel Experience dealing with architects, landscape architects, government and private developers Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers Proven exposure to project delivery management for a consultancy Team‑first attitude About Working With Us At WGA we believe a diverse workplace fosters unique and progressive ideas and drives our culture of learning and sharing knowledge.
