As a Sales & Service Consultant for our client IAG, you will be the voice representing our most trusted insurance partner, NRMA. You'll form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention. You will be focused on providing a positive customer service experience and, where required, achieve sales and retention outcomes. This role offers you the chance to build strong connections with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience throughout their journey with IAG & NRMA. Why You’ll Love Working with Us High Earning Potential: Start off with a base salary set to $55,800 + Super (not inclusive of weekend rates), with the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance, over $1,000+ per month Rosters Available: Start off with a 9‑week training period working Monday‑Friday from 9 AM – 5:30 PM before moving into the following roster: Monday‑Sunday 7 AM – 7 PM with bonus rates for weekends (over $40 an hour) and hybrid opportunities available after probation, with 4 days working from home depending on competency and performance. What You’ll Be Doing Handling a high volume of inbound calls, helping customers with their insurance needs. Using effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences. Offering general insurance products – Motor, Home, and CTP insurance as well as NRMA Roadside Assistance (on behalf of NRMA). Being flexible with hours to ensure we’re available when our customers need us. What Makes You Perfect for This Role Must be based in the Brisbane Area.
