About The Role The Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) project represents a significant multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiative at OHV, transforming how we deliver oral healthcare services. We are seeking an EoHR Project Coordinator who will work collaboratively with the Program Manager to ensure the EoHR Implementation meets governance, reporting and execution requirements. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination of project management activities, tracking and monitoring while developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A Bit About You Project Management Experience: You bring hands‑on experience in coordinating project activities, engaging resources, monitoring timelines, contributing to risk management to ensure successful outcomes. Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Project (or similar), Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the capacity to adapt to new software. Organisational and Time Management: You work closely with the Program Manager to ensure project schedules are maintained with quality and accuracy, supporting on‑time delivery. Strong Communication Skills: You facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, project team, OHV, agencies, subject matter experts, and vendors. Assist with Change Management Initiatives: You play a key role in monitoring change management initiatives by ensuring timely creation, publishing and quality of educational content and communication materials. Highly Desirable but Not a Must Familiarity with Basic Financial Management. Knowledge of Healthcare Change Management. What’s in it for you?
