About the Opportunity We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate Physiotherapist who is excited by variety, innovation, and human connection. You’ll be part of a close-knit Wellness Team — working alongside Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, Lifestyle staff, Clinical Care teams, and senior leaders in a supportive, relationship-based environment. This role suits both experienced clinicians and new graduates, with structured mentorship, supervision, and professional development provided. Your Role Will Include Delivering hybrid therapy programs — in homes, across the MicroTown®, and in the Wellness Centre Conducting physical, functional, and falls‑risk assessments across multiple funding streams (Aged Care, NDIS, DVA, Private) Implementing exercise therapy, mobility and gait programs, balance training, and pain management plans Supporting enablement, reablement, and meaningful participation for people of all ages and abilities Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapy, Clinical Care, Allied Health Assistants, and Lifestyle teams to enhance holistic, person‑centred care Contributing to complex behaviour and mobility management through multidisciplinary input Working with individuals presenting with a broad range of physical, developmental, cognitive, and neurological conditions, ensuring your skills remain fresh, diverse, and continually developing across many areas of therapy What We Offer A relationship and goal focused team that supports each other across disciplines A modern Wellness Centre with spa facilities, HUR gym strength equipment, and purpose‑built therapy spaces Flexible, hybrid work arrangements blending onsite and community‑based therapy A genuine focus on work–life balance, realistic caseloads, and a positive, people‑first culture Professional development including monthly refreshers, external courses, and Dementia Training Australia programs The ability to shape your own caseload mix — aged care, NDIS, DVA, private clients A workplace that values openness, creativity, and thinking differently Who You Are A qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration Someone with an open mind who values relationship‑focused, holistic practice Passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan, from young adults to older adults Engaged, flexible, and excited to work in a hybrid therapy model A team player who seeks new ideas, new approaches, and new perspectives A new graduate or experienced clinician — all welcome, mentorship available #J-18808-Ljbffr
