Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth. Responsibilities include preparing business proposals, maintaining strong client communication, collaborating with the team to develop customized strategies, and meeting sales and performance metrics. The role also involves monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client relationship building, and business development. Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and market analysis. Knowledge of strategic partnerships, operational enablement, and commercial strategy alignment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive high-impact outcomes. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other tools for workflow optimization. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
