Primary Care - General Practitioner (Permanent) Join & apply for the Primary Care - General Practitioner (Permanent) role at Evergreen Life . We are seeking motivated and patient‑focused General Practitioners to join our established primary care teams and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. The position is based in Camberwell. Part‑time roles (26 hrs/week) and self‑employed contracts are also available. Competitive salary/package, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality general medical services to registered patients Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence‑based practice Conduct face‑to‑face, telephone, and digital consultations Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team Role Requirements Full GMC registration with a licence to practise CCT in General Practice (or equivalent / within 6 months of completion) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) Who We Are We are a growing, forward‑thinking organisation delivering NHS Primary and Secondary Care services since 2006.
