About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Team Member to join the team at our Bonds Grand Central store. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/night shifts and weekends across a Mon‑Sunday roster. It takes an absolute PASSION for retail & customer service. Your best days are the ones where you have created memorable and empowering experiences for your customers. Ability to use your initiative… you often answer questions with “I’ve done it already.” Clear and upbeat communication skills – people can hear your smile Flexibility – you have the ability to help out during the week, during evenings and weekends too Previous fashion retail experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. Key Responsibilities Enjoy achieving sales targets (“enjoy killing the numbers”). Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable experiences. Maintain a positive store environment and support team activities. Qualifications Passion for retail and customer service. Strong initiative and independent problem‑solving skills. Clear and upbeat communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, weekend, Monday‑Sunday). Previous fashion retail experience regarded highly but not essential.
