Accountabilities Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven automation workflows, predictive models, and intelligent solutions to optimize business processes. Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure robust, reliable AI solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and cross‑functional teams. Analyze data, generate insights, and apply machine learning techniques to improve automation outcomes. Document system architecture, methodologies, and best practices to maintain operational standards and knowledge sharing. Requirements Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with hands‑on software development expertise. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data analysis, model evaluation, and statistical methods to derive actionable insights. Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and mentor colleagues. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
