This is a permanent, part-time position located across both Dimbulah & Mareeba locations. The roster is 35 hours per fortnight (we can be flexible on which days of work best suit the successful candidate). Responsibilities Exploring customers’ needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch Keeping up with constant change. You’ll support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings Being the face of the branch and customer service. Become our customer’s go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries or assisting with paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning.
