Support Removify’s award-winning Tech Team by learning business tools, automating processes, and making a real impact in a high-growth environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Developing processes to streamline customer onboarding experiences, including some customer interaction to guide software setup. Supporting the software development team with ad-hoc tasks. Assisting in the development of technical documentation for users of the technology. Providing internal “Tech Support” for other departments. About You The company is looking for: A graduate of an IT course such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar. Data-savvy with knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and an interest in data analysis. Ability to learn and solve business problems using various tools and applications; coding skills are optional. A smart, eager learner with a passion for problem-solving and a humble, team-oriented attitude. Availability to work in the Cremorne office 3-4 days per week. Past experience with email marketing systems is a bonus but not required.
