Every day, across Queensland and the Northern Territory, our hospitals, aged care and family and disability services make a meaningful and positive difference in the lives of hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life. We are leaders in aged care, hospitals, crisis response, the protection of vulnerable children, financial resilience, family wellbeing, disability support and more. As Queensland's second largest employer, UnitingCare provides its services to over half a million people a year through household brands such as BlueCare, Lifeline, The Wesley Hospital, St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, Buderim Private Hospital and St Stephen's Hospital. We also provide community, aged care, disability and mental health support to some of Australia's most remote communities in the Northern Territory through Australian Regional and Remote Community Services. Our opportunity: UnitingCare is on track to deliver a single vision, united voice, stronger partnerships, better financial stewardship and the ability to make an even greater impact in the services we provide. Design and integrate existing and future financial systems to provide robust, accurate and timely financial data and reporting to all areas of the organisation to support day to day operations and planning for the future. Establish and monitor appropriate benchmarks and performance standards for the organisation's financial position, ensuring UnitingCare's financial management processes identify, quantify, report and adequately manage all significant financial risk exposure.
