We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at Glorietta in North Sydney. As a Casual Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails and beverages in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our popular bar and restaurant. What you’ll be doing Preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non‑alcoholic beverages Ensuring bar operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining stock levels and adhering to health and safety standards Providing attentive and friendly customer service, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed Adhering to all liquor licensing laws and company policies What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role in a fast‑paced hospitality environment Good knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines and beer Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, high‑energy setting Excellent time management, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised bar area A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our venues A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification What we offer At Glorietta, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
