The Cut Tavern Bar & Bistro is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team in Wannanup, WA. This is a casual role with approximately 30 plus hours per week, that will see you play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our popular bar and bistro. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing front-of-house activities and ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates must have unrestricted Australian work rights. What you'll be doing Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service to all customers Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory Ensuring compliance with all relevant licensing, health, and safety regulations Assisting the management team with various administrative duties as required What we're looking for Significant experience in a similar Duty Manager role within the hospitality industry Minimum 1-2 years of Duty Manager experience in hospitality is required Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in using POS systems and other hospitality-related software Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Current Approved Managers Card Availability to work a mix of shifts including weekends is essential Must be available to work both day, evening and weekend shifts What we offer At The Cut Tavern, we pride ourselves on creating a fun and supportive work environment for our staff.
