About The Role We are looking for a Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator to join our Safety & Quality Team on a temporary basis – a 12‑month maximum term contract, working either 2 or 3 days per week depending on individual preference. This position will be based at our modern support office in Clayfield. The role is responsible for assisting the safety and quality functions within the team across Qscan Group, including developing, implementing, and reviewing WH&S policies. You will report to the Safety & Quality Manager, working within a friendly and close‑knit team. Key Responsibilities Manage version control and updates of WHS and quality documentation. Upload and maintain documents in SharePoint, the Document Hub, and Microsoft Teams. File service reports, clinic documentation, and Safety Data Sheets. Follow up with incident and clinic managers regarding open hazards and overdue system calendar items. Support monthly reporting processes. Maintain the safety and quality document register, hazard register, and training registers (e.g., fire wardens, fire drills). Set up and deactivate Q‑Pulse accounts for onboarding and off‑boarding staff. Monitor and manage the Safety & Quality inbox. Follow up with clinics regarding outstanding audits. Support internal stakeholder communication and coordination. What You’ll Bring A genuine interest and passion in promoting WHS principles in an organisation.
